Weston - Feelings Stupid Feelings 6/19/93 (via westonfan). With my wedding coming up this Saturday, I’m feeling nostalgic for my old teenage hopeless romanticism. I saw Weston play around this time, my first punk show ever (along with The Bouncing Souls, Friendly Fire, and God’s Fish and Chips - at the Red Lion community center in Red Lion, PA). That was over 15 years ago, but this song still hits home.
I think every punk-liking kid in the Mid-Atlantic states had his/her first show be the Bouncing Souls. So many VFW’s, so little time…(not to mention church basements and firehouses).
